I have use many contractors in the past, I have never had such a good experience. Every day someone was at the house working. I firmly believe the renovation project would have taken twice the time if I had used another contractor. The efficiency of work was great. communication took place on a consistent basis and response time was excellent. Site foreman was on premises everyday and reported progress regularly. I cannot say enough about Chris , Bruce and Amber. There professionalism and attention to detail was second to none. Bruce and his team are top notch. Prior to retiring I was in the construction field on the regulatory side for a major city in NC for 34 years. I dealt with hundreds of contractors during that time and I can tell you Bruce Rogers is one of the best. While no construction is perfect, Crystal Coast strives for perfection. Building at the coast is different than building in other places and the experience Crystal Coast brings is evident in the product they produce. When my husband and I were ready to design and build a custom addition to our vacation/retirement home, Bruce listened to what we wanted and then designed an addition that met all of our requests. The quality of the work was outstanding! When it was time to replace the roof or update bathrooms in the older part of our home, Crystal Coast Construction was the only custom builder we’d consider.
Crystal Coast Construction Unlimited LLC did a total renovation of our home in Emerald Isle, NC where the existing living space was doubled in size. Added heated living space and a laundry room and garage on ground level since the original home was pillings. Went from a three bedroom to a four bedroom home with now spacious size rooms.
Our kitchen, dining, living and sitting room areas are open concept with numerous windows which makes you feel like you are living outdoors in a big tree house…feeling like a kid again.
When my wife and I as well as family and friends saw the completed renovation all feel the remodel goes way beyond their expectations.
CCC designed and built our dream beach home. The references I received prior to choosing CCC were not wrong. They build a quality custom home, they are responsive and very honest. This experience was way better than the first home we built with a different builder in VA. CCC tries to include ALL costs upfront so you don’t have overages or try to up sell you after the project has begun. Also included in our package was time with an interior decorator, we really needed this and was a huge help. The amount of communication from the CCC team during the build was phenomenal. After our house was complete, CCC wasted no time getting on the punch list. You are going to have punch list items no matter who builds your home but most builders are not responsive in addressing them. I would recommend CCC to anyone who’s thinking about building a house in this area. If we ever build a second home in the area we will be using CCC.
